Amber Brereton, Owner/RMT (she/her)

Amber graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College, in Peterborough in 2011, after completing a three year Massage Therapy program, along with 132 Public Clinical hours and 56 Varsity Clinical hours. She has been working as a full-time Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since graduation.

Amber excels in deep tissue techniques, rehabilitation, and the treatment of chronic pain with the use of General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hydrotherapy applications, as well as home care, which is provided to every client post treatment.

Since the needs of every client are unique, Amber provides a treatment plan customized to each individual, carefully monitoring their progress and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to achieve their health care goals.

Tabitha graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College in 2011. She has been providing quality massage therapy treatments in Kingston for the past ten years.  Tabitha has a passion for helping clients reach their goals. She provides versatile, comprehensive treatments that are always client-centered. 

She works with each client to develop a treatment plan tailored to their needs, and helps the client adapt that treatment plan as needed throughout their progress. She assists clients with a variety of tools such as home care and recommendations for complementary health care.  Tabitha has experience with a variety of clients including; prenatal, sports injury, post-surgical and relaxation. 

 Eden Dubbin, Reflexologist (she/her)

Eden came to Reflexology and Reiki through her love of natural healing, and her practice has grown with care and dedication ever since. She began her path to wellness since she was in her early teens! After discovering what Reflexology and Reiki can do for the body, Eden has been eager to help others in similar ways through this holistic approach.

Each client is provided customized care whether it be acute distress, chronic issues, or maintenance for the overall well-being. 
Eden is no stranger to health care - she is also a Certified Level 2 Clinical Chair-side Dental Assistant and has been working in the dental field since 2011. Most recently, Eden is a certified Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method, and has also completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She looks forward to pursuing further education in Hand and Ear Reflexology, as well as completion of her 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training.​
